Tiered Payout System (Amānah)
Our trust-based payout system with tiered reserves based on your performance:
- Payments held securely via Stripe until delivery confirmed
- Early payout (10-20%) when package in transit (DELIVERY orders)
- Main payout (70% DELIVERY / 80% PICKUP) 3 days after delivery
- Reserve (10-20%) released 14 days after main payout
- 7% platform commission (includes payment processing)
Halal Content Guidelines
All products must align with Islamic values:

- No pork or non-halal ingredients

Return & Refund Policies
