The program runs on Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM, and Sunday: 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM. Participants must attend a minimum of 3 days. The program starts on Monday, 27th of July. Assessments are on Thursday, 23rd of July and Sunday, 26th of July.

When is Hifth Program for Men/boys?

This is a recurring program starting Monday, 27th of July. Classes run on Monday, Tuesday & Thursday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and Sunday from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Participants must attend a minimum of 3 days. Assessments are held on Thursday, 23rd of July and Sunday, 26th of July.
