How far ahead do I need to order?

Orders close at 12am the day before, so it's cooked fresh for that service rather than sitting around waiting for you.

When can I collect or get delivery?

Pickup: 8:00 am to 9:00 am on Saturday and Sunday. Delivery: 9:00 am to 11:00 am on Saturday and Sunday. Collection and delivery run as separate windows, so the kitchen isn't handing over a box at the door while also out driving.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, from your Orders page, for as long as it's still Pending (before the kitchen has accepted it). If you paid by card, everything comes back except the small processing fee the card network actually charged us, typically a few cents up to a couple of dollars; if you chose cash, nothing was ever taken. Once the kitchen has accepted your order, contact support instead.
