The Australian Youth Community Centre (AYCC) offers a comprehensive range of programs and activities during the holy month of Ramadan, designed to serve as a guide for the community through this blessed period. These programs aim to deepen spiritual connection, increase religious knowledge, and foster community bonds. Activities typically include daily Taraweeh and Witr prayers, various Iftars for different community segments (brothers, sisters, youth, and fundraising), and special Qiyam-ul-Layl prayers during the last 10 nights of Ramadan. The Qiyam-ul-Layl often incorporates quizzes, lectures, and Suhoor. Additionally, AYCC hosts Quran Halqa sessions every weekend morning during Ramadan, focusing on listening, memorizing, and reciting the Qur'an, with an emphasis on correct Tajweed and recitation under qualified teachers. The center also runs Weekend Islamic Schools that cover Islamic values, Qur'anic studies, and specific issues relevant to Muslim women and youth.
