This AYCC is distinct from the Australian Youth Climate Coalition. Jumu'ah (Friday) prayers are not held at the Hammer Court location but at the Iramoo Community Centre, 84 Honour Avenue, Wyndham Vale.

Sheikh Ibrahim Abu-Salih also prepares the Qur'an Tafsir program which runs every Friday night at AYCC, focusing on the rulings and in-depth meaning of the Qur'an. He has also presented Jummah Reminders at AYCC. Sheikh Ibrahim Abu-Salih is also referred to as Dr Ibrahim Abu Muhammad, the Grand Mufti of Australia.
