The auditorium is located within Al Siraat College. The college is situated in the northern suburbs of Melbourne and serves the growing Islamic community.

The event features Prof Mohamad Abdalla, Honorary Advisor of Murabbi Institute, who is an internationally recognised scholar of Islamic Studies and the Founding Director of the Centre for Islamic Thought and Education (CITE). He was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) in 2020 for significant service to education, particularly in the field of Islamic Studies. A children's colouring area will be available at the back of the venue, and Islamic books will be available for purchase before and after the seminar.
