Santaimates is a Malaysian kitchen in Melbourne selling nasi lemak, beef rendang and chicken satay. Nasi lemak bungkus is cooked fresh on Saturday and Sunday mornings, wrapped in banana leaf with sambal, anchovies, peanuts, cucumber and egg. The beef rendang, chicken satay and cheesy beef spring rolls are prepared, sealed and frozen, so they can be ordered any day and heated at home. Delivery runs across Craigieburn and the northern suburbs, the inner west and Melbourne CBD, up to 30km, from $5 with no minimum order. Collection is available from Coburg North or Craigieburn.
