Sustain contains: whole grains (wheat, brown rice, rolled oats), corn, fruit (sultanas, apple [preservative (223 sulphites)], currants), sugar, almonds, invert syrup, barley malt extract, salt, minerals (iron, zinc oxide), vitamins (niaci… Always cross-check the pack, as manufacturers can update ingredients without changing the product name.
