Wholemeal contains: wholemeal wheat flour (50%), water, wheat flour, yeast, vinegar, cultured wheat flour, iodised salt, wheat gluten, soy flour, canola oil, vegetable emulsifiers (471, 472e, 481), vitamins (thiamin, folic acid), processing… Always cross-check the pack, as manufacturers can update ingredients without changing the product name.
